Job Description

Description Keep our communities moving—support safe, reliable transportation that helps individuals access care and wellness. Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. The Fleet Support/Medicaid Transportation Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Compass Health's Medicaid Transportation program and agency-wide fleet operations. This position ensures individuals can access essential services in a timely, safe manner while staff have dependable vehicles to carry out their daily responsibilities. Through strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail, this role helps advance our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. in the rural communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation schedules to ensure timely, efficient service delivery Support drivers in meeting scheduling and service expectations Prepare accurate billing documentation for approved transportation services Maintain contingency documentation processes during vendor portal outages Monitor compliance with vehicle maintenance guidelines Provide client transportation services as needed Maintain and update internal fleet records and external fleet management/WEX systems Process annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks for authorized drivers Manage fleet-related communications and shared email accounts Track electronic vehicle logs to ensure compliance and accurate reporting Serve as Chief Car Captain, supporting and training site-based Car Captains Facilitate Car Captain transitions and assignment updates Conduct vehicle usage and location audits to ensure accountability Order, issue, and monitor WEX fuel cards for proper use and compliance Perform other duties as assigned Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

At least one (1) year of administrative work experience preferred
