3 Kansas City, MO Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Computer operation Packing Windows Forklift High school diploma or GED Pallet wrapping Desktop applications Computer skills Hand tools Packaging equipment Cutting tools Material handling equipment operation Single-use wrapping method Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Loads, unloads, or otherwise moves material in and around the distribution warehouse using a forklift, order picker, pallet jack or hand truck as required. Must be able to stack and/or palletize or otherwise prepare product for storage or shipment. Must be able to weigh and/or physically count to determine quantity received, shipped, or otherwise used in movement of product in the distribution center. Other duties as assigned.
Communication:
Must be able to communicate with management to receive daily workload and assignments. Must be able to communicate with co-workers to complete all warehouse activities through out the workday which includes shipping of sales orders and material transfer orders, receiving all inbound product, DO and RMA, as well as shipping supplies. Must be able to effectively communicate issues, safety or otherwise, to leadership for review.
Safety:
Must comply with all safety standards and use all safety equipment in the warehouse.

Hours:
Regular 40-hour workweek. Overtime minimal as needed. Must be present when scheduled.
Working conditions:
Warehouse environment. Must be able to use cutting tools, hand tools and banding tools and operate wrapping equipment. Must be able to lift material weighing up to 60 pounds, handle product up to 150 pounds and have full range of body motion. For the purpose of job descriptions, "full range of body motion" is described as bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling or otherwise maneuvering the entire body and the dexterous use of both hands.
Position Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or
GED Experience/Skills/Abilities:
Basic computer skills required; must be able to learn Milbank's shipping systems, IFS and C2K. Experience with UPS World Ship is a plus. Must be a certified forklift operator.
