All qualified permanent and indefinite Title 5 and Title 32 Nional Guard employees who are currently working for the 139th Airlift Wing in St. Joseph, Missouri. Duties Help Monitors the stus of the logistical readiness of the unit and determines deviions in the total logistical posture. Recommends necessary actions to preclude or mitige effects of support deficiencies. Performs pilot/non-pilot unit responsibilities in accordance with applicable directives. Ensures reimbursements are identified to the Logistics Officer. Maintains all documention from all impacted parties. Serves as the program manager for the Integred Deployment System (IDS). Formules and consolides logistical annexes for IDS guidance based on regulions, manuals, instructions, and directives issued by higher headquarters. Produces COMPES da to support wartime activities and Operions Other Than War (OOTW) required by units to mobilize and deploy equipment and personnel. Ensures the unit meets all pre-execution and command and control requirements for deployments. Analyzes time phased force deployment requirements to develop plan annexes and schedules for inclusion in execution phase of the wing deployment guidance. Reviews deployment assessment capabilities with unit commanders to ensure th required deployment training is being conducted. Determines the type and number of aircraft required for mission deployment/ redeployment. Valides load plans, priority shipments, and customs clearance requirements. Reviews OPLANS, Concept Plans (CONPLANS), Concept of Operions (CONOP), USAF Special Operion Plans, Exercise Plans, and Execution Orders for tasking from higher headquarters. Analyzes In-Garrison Expeditionary Site Plans (IGESP) and participes in site surveys to ascertain, identify, and plan airlift and logistical support requirement needs to support and sustain the wing and units. Services as wing Stus of Resources and Training System (SORTS) manager and trains unit SORTS monitor. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Acceptance of an Excepted Service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. United Stes Citizenship is required. Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Failure to complete management prescribed courses for full-time support personnel within the first year of employment or assignment, may be cause for reassignment or terminion. Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigion. Position is subject to the provisions of the DoD Priority Placement Program. Indefinite employment can be termined with a 30 day notice. In the event a permanent (Tenure 1 or 2) employee is selected, and is willing to accept the indefinite appointment, th employee will relinquish permanent stus. Management has the right to convert indefinite employment to permanent stus without re-advertising. Must be able to obtain and maintain the approprie security clearance of the position. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. QualificionsGENERAL EXPERIENCE

: Must possess one year of specialized experience, educion or training equivalent to least the GS 09 grade level th includes identifying activities involving logistical support operions; experience integring the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan; experience monitoring program planning, resource and fiscal management; training, manpower management, and/or automed da processing; and experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions Educion This job does not have a qualificion requirement th allows substitution of educion for specialized experience.
