DELIVERY & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Warehouse of Fixtures TNG Office Furniture Done Different. Warehouse of Fixtures TNG is a third-generation, family-owned commercial office furniture dealership helping companies create smarter workspaces through new, pre-owned, and refurbished furniture solutions. We are looking for a highly organized Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to help keep deliveries, installations, and customer projects running smoothly from start to finish. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating moving pieces, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate deliveries, installations, and customer pick-ups Build and manage daily delivery schedules and routes Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, outsourced crews, and customers Monitor deliveries and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day Help solve scheduling and logistical challenges in real time Ensure orders are accurate, ready, and delivered on schedule Maintain scheduling records and operational documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and follow-through Adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented Logistics, dispatch, scheduling, warehouse, or coordination experience preferred Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems Customer-focused mindset with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
