Job Description

Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year Job Details - WHAT
YOU'LL DO
Develop and execute operational production planning and inventory management programs aligned with Supply Chain, Product Management, and Manufacturing. Own rough-cut capacity planning and finite scheduling for the manufacturing organization. Define demand plans by brand/production line using forecast data, historical trends, and new product pipelines to set finished goods inventory targets. Create, publish, and continuously maintain a master production schedule (MPS) by brand, aligned with business objectives and made-to-stock targets. Monitor and manage work-in-process (WIP) and raw material inventory levels, coordinating with Sourcing to minimize excess while supporting production needs. Serve as the primary communication hub between Customer Service, Product Management, and Supply Chain — providing accurate production date updates for orders. Lead weekly manufacturing review meetings to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. Track and communicate key supply chain risks related to raw materials and intermediate inventory. Champion continuous improvement in planning and scheduling systems through problem identification, recommendations, and implementation. Act as the subject matter expert on scheduling systems for the Manufacturing team.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing, with hands-on production planning or scheduling responsibilities. Solid working knowledge of demand planning, production scheduling, material flow, and inventory control. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, reference formulas, data import/export, and data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with an ERP system; Epicor experience is a strong plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Self-starter who works independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Highly adaptable — able to pivot quickly when schedules shift, surprises arise, or the business changes direction.
