Job Description

Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are a small, close-knit team of five looking for a driven and organized Production Manager to be the backbone of our operations. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role at the center of everything we do — from sourcing and managing inventory to fulfilling customer orders and handling all shipping and receiving. You will own the supply chain end-to-end and ensure our products are always available, orders go out on time, and our operation runs smoothly every day. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and take pride in keeping things running without being told to, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain & Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder materials and finished products to prevent stockouts Source and communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, confirm lead times, and resolve issues Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments; identify and address any discrepancies or quality concerns Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts Identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve supplier reliability Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Conduct quality control checks on all outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and packaging integrity Coordinate with internal team members to align on order priorities and timelines Maintain an organized, clean, and safe fulfillment area Shipping & Receiving Prepare outbound shipments — select carriers, generate labels, and ensure timely pickup or drop-off Verify all inbound deliveries against purchase orders and update inventory accordingly Handle freight claims and carrier communications as needed Keep shipping and receiving areas organized and well-documented What We're Looking For Experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or a similar role (preferred, not required) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision in a small team setting Comfortable using inventory or order management software; quick to learn new tools AI use experience a plus (even if it is just for personal use) Excellent attention to detail — getting it right matters more than getting it fast Strong communication skills for working with vendors, carriers, and teammates Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving packages Why Join Us As a small company, you won't be just another cog in a machine. You will have real ownership over an important function of our business, direct visibility into how your work affects the whole company, and the ability to make meaningful process improvements. We value people who take initiative, communicate openly, and care about doing good work.
