Job Description

NOW HIRING SHIPPING & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Select Powder Coating - Union, MO Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM We are looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable team member to help manage customer communication, shipping logistics, and production coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is NOT just a desk job — we need someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, staying organized under pressure, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Create and process work orders for scheduled jobs Generate packing slips for outgoing parts Communicate with customers by phone and email Provide status updates and estimated completion timelines Monitor production progress and confirm outgoing orders are ready Coordinate truck dispatch operations for multiple customer locations Work closely with production, shipping, and office staff to keep jobs moving efficiently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Problem solver who can think on their feet Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable Manufacturing or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
