Job Description

Personnel Placements is hiring a Distribution Associate I for a leading healthcare distribution center in Olive Branch, MS. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to join a growing team in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment Assist with receiving incoming inventory and restocking shelves Scan products and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse systems Perform quality checks to ensure orders meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift (up to 40-50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and basic computer or scanner skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings Why work with Personnel Placements Weekly pay and steady hours Day shift schedule - no nights or weekends!
