Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations in Billings, Montana. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Candidates with an existing book of business are highly encouraged to apply and will have immediate opportunities to scale their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, develop, and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers Source and secure freight opportunities while negotiating competitive rates Manage the full lifecycle of shipments from pickup through delivery Track, trace, and proactively resolve any transportation issues Maintain accurate records of loads, pricing, and communications Grow and manage a book of business, leveraging existing relationships where applicable Continuously identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation Existing book of business preferred (not required) Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to operate independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously Experience with TMS platforms and logistics software Highly motivated with a strong focus on results and revenue growth

Compensation & Benefits:
