Retail Sales Clerk (W/ Potential to Train as Piercer)

Interested in Becoming a Professional Body Piercer? At Almost Famous Body Piercing, all team members begin as Retail Sales Associates. Employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism, and dedication may have the opportunity to participate in our in-house body piercing training program. Retail Sales Associate (Must Be 18+)

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Previous Retail experience is strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment Assist customers with jewelry selections and aftercare products Process sales transactions and complete customer documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail space Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising Contribute ideas and content for social media Open and close the store as scheduled Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Physical Requirements:
