Job Description
Overview:
Hourly Pay:
$21.00- $23.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport students between Chrysalis, appointments, and airport trips. Maintain punctuality and adherence to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. Provide a supportive and calm environment during transport, ensuring student safety and comfort. Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure all transportation vehicles are in good working condition. Keep accurate logs of mileage, routes, and student attendance during trips. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and clinicians regarding transportation schedules and any unforeseen delays. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.Qualifications:
Must have a valid State of Montana driver's license with a clean driving record.Age:
21+ years of age or olderEducation :
High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred.Experience:
Min of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferredCertifications:
CPR and First Aid certification preferred, will provide trainingBackground Checks:
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Montana state laws.Benefits:
