After completing training, you will be responsible for working with our transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship and move our customers' freight. You will become the go-to-support to help our sales teams manage their accounts and directly grow the company. What's in it for you: $40,000 base salary Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Employee perks including discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more Advancement opportunities with structured career paths Employee referral bonus opportunities Certified Great Place to Work with 900+ lifetime workplace award wins What you'll be doing: Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution Communicate with internal sales teams and transportations partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems What you need: 1+ year customer service or sales experience Hall of fame work ethic Strong verbal communication skills - face-to-face and over the phone Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Strong negotiation skills Ability to work full-time, in-office, in a fast-paced open environment Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
