We design premium scarves, accessories, loungewear with a distinct European aesthetic — and we're building our US operations hub right here in Charlotte, NC. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a small, passionate team and play a central role in shaping how our US logistics operate from day one. As we grow and integrate new brands, so will your responsibilities. What you'll do

• ⁠ ⁠Process and fulfill daily orders (B2C e-commerce and B2B wholesale), from picking to packing to shipment
• ⁠ ⁠Manage packaging quality and presentation — our products are premium and brand standards matter
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx) and proactively track deliveries
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate inventory records, receive incoming stock, and keep the warehouse organized
• ⁠ ⁠Help design and improve operational processes as we scale
• ⁠ ⁠Support the onboarding of new brands into our logistics workflow Who you are
• ⁠ ⁠1+ year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment
• ⁠ ⁠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — you take ownership and follow through
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• ⁠ ⁠Hands-on mindset: equally at ease doing the work and improving how it's done
• ⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; French is a plus but absolutely not required
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with Shopify or other logistics/WMS tools is a bonus — full training provided What we offer

• ⁠ ⁠$15-$18/hour depending on experience
