Job Description

Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews sales forecast and customer order demands in order to establish sequence and lead time of each operation and determine the accuracy of master production schedule. Analyzes plant capacity data and production specifications and performs mathematical calculations to determine labor/material requirements in order to meet the time demands of the plan. Interfaces with Customer Service Department, Sales Department and Plant Supervisors to ensure that plan efficiency and schedule adherence are maintained in order to satisfy customer demands. Reviews and approves engineering changes or new product implementation for feasibility and schedule into the production plan for execution. Interface with Purchasing for purchased materials to ensure the production schedule is maintained and to meet any unforeseen conditions. Monitors inventory levels (dollars/units) of assigned product line. Maintains and updates D365 Released Products list as necessary. Performs all other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None Required; however, APICS certification as a CPIM is helpful.
Other Skills and Abilities:
A solid understanding of the product lines. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of D365 application and P.C. literate. #LI-LS1 Not finding the right fit?
