Supply Chain Associate - Level 2 Brief Job Description More advanced supply chain role with responsibility for inventory management, system usage, and supporting operational efficiency across hospital departments. Short Explanation Level 2 associates take ownership of inventory processes, troubleshoot supply issues, and may support OR/procedural areas, mentor others, and work more independently with systems and reporting. Must-Haves HS Diploma or GED 2+ years of supply chain/logistics/inventory experience Experience with inventory management and cycle counting Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice-to-Haves Healthcare or hospital supply chain experience OR / sterile processing / procedural area exposure Experience with invoice reconciliation or purchase orders Experience with vendor management or consignment inventory Experience pulling reports or using data to adjust inventory
