Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced individual to serve as a Chauffeur and Fleet Logistics Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing seamless, high-touch transportation services to senior leadership and key stakeholders while overseeing the comprehensive management of a diverse corporate vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will possess a background in professional driving, a meticulous eye for vehicle maintenance, and the ability to operate with the highest level of discretion.
Primary Responsibilities:
Executive Transportation:
Provide safe, efficient, and professional transportation for executives and VIP guests. This includes managing daily schedules, airport transfers, and evening engagements as required.
Specialized Fleet Operation:
Confidently operate a variety of corporate vehicles, including luxury sedans and high-capacity transit units. Responsible for route planning and logistical coordination for off-site events and long-distance travel.
Asset Management & Maintenance:
Oversee the aesthetic and mechanical upkeep of the corporate fleet. This includes performing regular inspections, scheduling routine service, and ensuring all vehicles are detailed to showroom standards daily.
Logistical Support:
Assist with various administrative and logistical tasks as directed by the management team. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and the ability to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance & Safety:
Maintain rigorous adherence to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Ensure all vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance logs, is organized and up to date.
Discretion:
Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding passenger conversations and corporate movements.
Requirements:
Licensing:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in professional driving, executive protection, or fleet management.
Technical Skills:
Proven ability to operate high-capacity/large-format vehicles and a deep understanding of luxury vehicle maintenance and detailing.
Clean Record:
Must have a pristine driving record with no recent accidents or moving violations.
Screening:
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, annual physical, and drug screening.
Flexibility:
Availability to work a non-standard schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.
Soft Skills:
Polished, professional appearance; excellent communication skills; and a service-oriented mindset.
