Position Number 11ASO3721 Position Type Temporary Essential Job Duties We are seeking a temporary part-time event logistics coordinator to support high-level logistics for a short-term program involving international participants and multiple coordinated activities.
Duties include:
Coordinating logistics such as meals, transportation, scheduling and onsite coordination Communicate with external stakeholders, vendor's, participants and partner organizations Set up site visit trainings and schedule multi-location activities Must have transportation to be able to travel to and from locations including NC State's Centennial Campus, Clayton and locations in RTP.
