• Full-time Position Overview Giant Oil Tools USA is seeking a high-aptitude Shop Technician to support daily operations in assembly, shipping/receiving, and entry-level order processing.

This is not a standard shop role — this position is designed for individuals with strong mechanical ability and attention to detail who are interested in growing into leadership or supervisory roles within our operations. Key Responsibilities Shop & Assembly Assist in assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of downhole tools Maintain proper organization and staging of tools and equipment Support quality checks and ensure tools are ready for shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Shipping & Receiving Receive inbound materials and verify against purchase orders Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately Generate packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading Coordinate shipments using UPS, freight carriers, and internal systems Maintain organized and accurate inventory records ERP / Operations Support Assist with basic NetSuite functions, including: Sales order processing Purchase order receiving Inventory transactions Print and manage work orders and shipping documentation Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data Warehouse & Inventory Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (as needed) Maintain warehouse organization and material flow Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Basic computer skills (data entry, email, Excel) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a shop/warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Preferred Experience in oilfield service, manufacturing, or machine shop Experience with shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, TMS) Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) Forklift certification Assessment Process Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a mechanical aptitude and critical thinking assessment as part of the hiring process. Work Environment & Requirements Shop / warehouse environment with oilfield tools and equipment Physical role requiring lifting, standing, and active movement Occasional travel may be required for operational support, cross-training, and leadership development opportunities Valid driver's license required & Good Driving Record Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. Passport is required
