m. to 3 a.m. Position Summary The Afterhours Coordinator maintains operational continuity outside standard business hours. This role creates workload continuity between regular working hours. This is an active role, not passive monitoring. It requires sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize and act on time-sensitive issues without direct supervision. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication across phone, email, and customer interaction Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Calm, solution-focused approach & reasoning skills Ability to evaluate incomplete or conflicting information and determine next steps Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation operations
