Job Description

About the Role We are seeking independent delivery and installation teams to provide high-quality final-mile services for premium consumer goods. By managing your own schedule and selecting the projects that fit your expertise, you will ensure customers receive their fitness equipment, outdoor structures, and home goods with professional care and precision. Responsibilities Coordinate the pickup of inventory from distribution hubs and transport items safely to residential locations. Execute expert-level assembly and installation of products, including basketball systems and complex fitness machinery, following all manufacturer guidelines. Utilize mobile technology to document service completion, capture site photos, and finalize customer sign-offs efficiently. Maintain high standards of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction during every delivery and setup. Manage your own logistics, including vehicle maintenance and tool organization, to ensure consistent project readiness. Collaborate with a partner to handle heavy lifting and technical assembly tasks safely and effectively. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to operate as a two-person delivery and assembly team. Ownership of a reliable vehicle (truck or van) and a comprehensive set of professional tools. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record. Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings. Familiarity with digital mobile applications for job management and reporting. Preferred Skills Active EIN and established business documentation, including current Certificate of Insurance (COI). Prior experience with DOT compliance and interstate logistics requirements. Demonstrated expertise in mechanical assembly or home installation services. Strong problem-solving skills for on-site troubleshooting during installations.
