Responsibilities:

• Support production operations including working with production staff to collect data to support continuous improvement initiatives, updating records in Whelen's Information Manager
• Software (WIM), coordinating inventory cycle counting and creating reports in MS Word and Excel.
• Update Items master information in WIM (lead time, kit sizes, production department) and network files (inspection docs, set-up sheets, etc.)
• Assist Production Management with maintaining Process Failure Modes and Effect Analyses (PFMEA), and process flow diagrams for production departments.
• Maintain an established filing system for both paper and electronic documents.

• High School with 1+ years of experience.
• Computer Skills (ERP/MRP, MS Visio, MS Word, Excel, email, and internet)
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.

• Strong manual dexterity.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision.
