We are looking to add a rockstar to our warehouse / logistics team! Someone in the position of warehouse/logistics with expoIT plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse and logistics department. This position involves overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and coordinating transportation activities. Responsibilities include the following....

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock counts, and alert sales team of items that should be reorder as necessary

Order Fulfillment:

Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues

Shipping and Receiving:

Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and record receipt in the system Prepare outgoing shipments, including selecting carriers, generating shipping labels, and coordinating freight pickups Handle shipping documentation and customs paperwork for international shipments

Quality Control:

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet established standards Identify and report any damaged or defective items for replacement or repair Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of products within the warehouse

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including sales and IT service desk, to ensure seamless operations and timely order processing

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong understanding of inventory management is a plus but not required Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse equipment is a plus but not required Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in a warehouse setting Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.

Physical Requirements:
