Accepting Candidates About the role Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production planning and material flow for electronic assemblies. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and efficient PCBA production scheduling across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and track PCBA production schedules, WIP, finished goods inventory, and shipment timelines Review MRP requirements and material availability to support production demand Create and maintain production plans, requisitions, and inter-facility material movement schedules Partner with warehouse, quality, engineering, and production teams to align changing material and scheduling priorities Monitor weekly performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory trends, and process improvement opportunities Support daily production meetings and coordinate resolution of material shortages or scheduling constraints Qualifications 2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing scheduling Experience with

MRP, ERP

systems, Oracle, and Factory Logix Background in PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or production environment planning Strong Microsoft Excel and data tracking/reporting skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Compensation Estimated hourly range: $25-$30/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
