Accepting Candidates About the role Join a manufacturing operations team supporting PCBA production planning, inventory management, and scheduling activities within a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on managing production schedules, monitoring material requirements, coordinating inventory flow, and ensuring on-time delivery performance across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning, MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, and electronics manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Manage and track all PCBA production schedules, WIP, and finished goods inventories tied to the Phoenix facility Update and maintain production commit dates within the ERP system Create and maintain requisitions and planning activities to support customer project demand Attend daily production meetings and MRB review meetings as required Review MRP requirements and inventory reports to determine material supply needs Monitor and report weekly metrics including on-time delivery, inventory trends, and process improvements Manage and maintain the status of outside process jobs between Hudson and Phoenix facilities Partner with warehouse, quality, engineering, and production teams to communicate material demand changes and support material flow Communicate priorities across departments to ensure internal and external objectives are achieved Minimize risk related to excess inventory and overstock finished goods Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and scheduling operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment Experience supporting logistics planning and time-sensitive production schedules Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle and Factory Logix required Experience with LeanDNA is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work onsite in Hudson, NH Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting PCBA, SMT, or electronics manufacturing environments Experience managing inventory, WIP tracking, and production scheduling Experience supporting on-time delivery and production KPI reporting Experience working within high-volume manufacturing operations Experience supporting process improvement initiatives Compensation Estimated hourly range: $25-$30/hr (W-2) Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.Work Schedule:
1st Shift | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (9/80 Schedule)Work Location:
