Job Description Supports the operational control and documentation of the warehouse shipping and receiving activities. This role is responsible for managing system transactions, maintaining accurate operational records, supporting inventory processes, and assisting with load planning to ensure efficient and reliable warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and post shipping and receiving transactions in the Genesis system Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments. Support load planning and coordinate truck scheduling with the operations team Generate inventory reports and materials required for cycle counts and inventory activities. Monitor operational data and ensure system accuracy between physical and system inventory. Assist with preparation and verification of Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and shipping documentation. Support communication between warehouse operations, logistics partners, and internal teams. Identify opportunities to improve operational organization, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency. Qualifications Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping & receiving operations. Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Additional Information
