Logistics Associate -
Shipping Focus Location:
Portsmouth, NH, (On-site) As a Logistics Shipping Associate at our Portsmouth site, you will support daily shipping operations with a primary focus on outbound material flow. You will ensure materials are accurately prepared, documented, and shipped in compliance with cGMP standards to support manufacturing and customer needs. You will also cross-train across receiving, warehouse, and kitting functions to support a flexible and efficient team. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role follows an 8-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday - Friday. What you will get An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities to grow and develop your career A collaborative and team-focused environment What you will do Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, including final product and sample shipments Verify shipping documentation, labels, and materials for accuracy and compliance Perform SAP transactions related to outbound delivery, inventory movements, and shipment processing Use RF scanning equipment to track materials and support accurate transactions Coordinate material staging and shipment readiness to meet timelines Cross-train and support receiving, warehouse, and kitting operations as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure audit-ready compliance with GMP standards What we are looking for High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in logistics, shipping, or manufacturing environments is preferred Experience using SAP or similar systems preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and shipping processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of GMP, safety, and quality requirements preferred Comfortable working in dock areas, warehouse environments, and temperature-controlled spaces About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
