Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate with the freight forwarder and prepare for Air/Ocean Freight schedule Determine if genset attachment is necessary for RF containers Perform the regular RFPs for drayage service Manage and update Unloading Priority List Communicate with truckers, warehouse, and 3rd Party warehouse Follow up FDA release and return the empty containers. Track all inbound container movement Prepare for the payment of AR/AP, and claim report Analyze Demurrage & Detention fee and report to the upper management

Monthly Ocean Freight List Education and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. Proficiency in accurately entering and managing data and maintaining organized records In-depth knowledge of logistics, operations, food regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements Bilingual - Korean and English is preferred 3+ year work experience preferred in Operation/Distributions/logistics/transportation industry, and RFP experience will be plus
