Vendor Master Specialist JMS Technical Solutions East Rutherford, NJ Job Details Contract $25 - $30 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Communication with suppliers Vendor communication Outbound calling Full Job Description Our client in East Rutherford, NJ, is seeking a Vendor Master Specialist to join their team! This is a hybrid/full-time/3-month contract position Hourly based on experience: $25-$30/HR We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Master Specialist with experience maintaining vendor records in SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience creating and updating vendor accounts, and the ability to accurately review and validate documentation. Responsibilities include vendor setup and maintenance, reviewing banking and tax documents, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating directly with vendors to verify information. The candidate must be comfortable making outbound calls to vendors and handling both verbal and written communications professionally.
Qualifications:
Experience with SAP vendor master data management Strong Excel skills Experience creating and maintaining vendor records Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable communicating directly with vendors and internal stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Assist with special projects as needed Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are an equal-opportunity employer.
