  • 90,000 Position Summary The Client Service Logistics Associate is responsible for coordinating logistics activities while ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
This role serves as a liaison between clients, carriers, warehouse operations, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery confirmation. Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight providers, and warehouse teams. Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to clients. Resolve shipping, delivery, inventory, and customer service issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate logistics and customer records within
ERP/WMS/CRM
systems. Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, and Quality. Ensure all shipping documentation, invoices, and records are accurate and compliant. Support onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing account support. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and customer experience. Assist with inventory coordination and order prioritization as needed. Maintain professional communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, supply chain, or operations support. Experience with ERP systems such as Deacom, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of shipping and freight coordination. Experience in manufacturing , or distribution environments preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Work Environment Office and warehouse/manufacturing environment. May require occasional extended hours based on operational needs. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and use computer equipment for extended periods. Occasionally lift or move items up to 20 pounds.
