As a Central Supply Coordinator , you will play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive the supplies, equipment, and administrative support needed for quality care. This position also provides support with Medical Records functions, helping maintain accurate resident documentation and regulatory compliance within our skilled nursing facility. Competitive Wages and Comprehensive Benefits Package Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off (PTO) Overtime Opportunities 401(k) with Company Match Supportive Team Environment Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities of a Central Supply Coordinator Manage and maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the facility Order, receive, stock, and distribute supplies to departments while maintaining appropriate inventory levels Monitor supply utilization and adjust ordering patterns as needed Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing Maintain accurate records of supply orders, deliveries, and inventory counts Collaborate with nursing leadership and department managers to address supply needs Ensure all supplies and equipment meet facility safety and quality standards Medical Records Support Responsibilities Assist with maintaining resident medical records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Organize, file, scan, and retrieve resident documentation as needed Support medical record audits to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist with admission, discharge, and record retention processes Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance when handling resident information Qualifications of a Central Supply Coordinator Previous experience in inventory management, central supply, medical records, or healthcare administration preferred Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with staff, vendors, residents, and families Knowledge of medical supplies, healthcare inventory systems, and medical records processes is a plus Complete Care at Mercerville is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-JG1
