Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, organization, and efficiency of our warehouse and office operations, while also handling logistics, deliveries, and chemical management.

Responsibilities include:

Handling chemicals safely: filling/prepping/pumping into jugs/pails, labeling containers, using containment platforms, and thoroughly rinsing/washing containers for reuse.

Managing inventory:

monitoring and maintaining stock levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in the warehouse management system. Collaborating with purchasing and logistics team to forecast demand and plan for replenishment. Supporting shipping & receiving operations by coordinating order fulfillment, receiving incoming deliveries, checking manifests, and ensuring proper disposal.

Preparing and executing deliveries:

understanding delivery tickets, organizing chemicals/equipment for transport, loading vehicles, and completing safe, accurate deliveries to customer accounts in NJ and NYC . Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse/office environment: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleanup, spill containment, and organizing supplies/equipment

Ideal Candidate:

Safety-minded with strong attention to detail. Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse distribution. Experience with logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling. Comfortable working with chemicals and following strict handling protocols. Organized, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Physically capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs). Strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and ability to confidently complete deliveries in the NYC Manhattan area.

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
