As a Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the Logistics Planning Department supporting deployment and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration:
6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion What's the Job? Execute the distribution requirements plan by creating Stock Transfer Orders to move inventory within the network. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless deployment and inventory accuracy. Monitor key performance indicators such as On-Time deployment, Truckload Utilization, and Stock Transfer Accuracy to meet business objectives. Analyze data to identify root causes of deviations and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead capacity planning, scheduling, and data accuracy efforts to optimize supply chain efficiency. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management. At least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Planning within a Consumer-Packaged Goods environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI; experience with SAP APO, ECC, Kinaxis Rapid Response, and logistics systems such as TMS, WMS, or YMS is preferred.
