Job Summary Musical Chairs looks after dressing rooms at many stadiums and arenas in

NJ/ NY/ PA

/ FL/MA and were are looking for an experienced , full time logistics co-ordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics . This position requires a leader who can drive business , oversee project management, and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Manage team weekly schedules Project management from start to finish Lead and mentor a team to ensure effective operations management . Implement project management best practices to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Qualifications Proven experience in operations . Strong skills in management, strategic planning. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels . Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
