Job Description

This role involves supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment coordination, communication with carriers and warehouses, and managing order flow. It requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts. Responsibilities Track and manage shipments and logistics tasks in our internal system. Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and brokers to coordinate shipments. Prepare shipping labels, paperwork, and submit shipment details on time. Monitor incoming emails and respond to shipping-related requests and updates. Follow up on orders to ensure they're shipped and delivered on schedule. Keep the team informed of any shipping issues or delays. Work closely with your manager and teammates to keep everything running smoothly. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills. Able to solve problems independently and think ahead. Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment. Clear and professional communication skills. Dependable and team-oriented.
