In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where innovative problem-solving and strategic planning are essential for success. Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Supplier Management Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods. Issue and maintain purchase orders. Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and lead times. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements with vendors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and overseas suppliers. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to support production and customer demand. Establish and manage reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory planning strategies. Coordinate cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Analyze inventory trends and recommend improvements. Logistics & Transportation Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Schedule trucks and freight carriers for pickups and deliveries. Manage relationships with freight carriers, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers. Track shipments and resolve transportation issues. Analyze freight costs and identify opportunities for savings. International Supply Chain Manage overseas container shipments from suppliers to warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Coordinate customs clearance, freight forwarders, and transportation providers. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address delays. Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. New Business Opportunities Review customer requirements, obtain supplier quotations, evaluate costs, and prepare recommendations for customer quotes. Supply Chain Planning Review demand forecasts and customer requirements. Develop supply plans to support production schedules. Work closely with Manufacturing, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Sales teams to align supply chain activities with business needs. Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans. Process Improvement Develop and implement supply chain best practices and standard operating procedures. Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and inventory performance. Support ERP system utilization and data accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or operations management. Experience managing overseas suppliers and container shipments. Strong understanding of inventory planning and procurement processes. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
