The company operates in New Jersey and Nevada, as well as across the EU, UK, Australia, and Canada. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team at our New Jersey fulfillment center as a Logistics Administrator. In this role, you will support the logistics needs of multiple clients by preparing, organizing, and managing shipping and logistics documentation, while also serving as a liaison between customers and couriers.
Note:
Experience in the medical device industry is considered an advantage. Please submit your resume along with a cover letter. Key Responsibilities Prepare shipping and logistics documentation Coordinate pick ups and deliveries Communicate with customers regarding orders and shipping information Track orders to ensure timely delivery Enter and maintain logistics data in company software systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and records Prepare billing documents Perform administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor Required Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role Experience in the medical device industry is an advantage Proficiency in computer applications, including inventory management systems and Google Sheets Experience with logistics software such as NetSuite , Priority, and ShipStation Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to adapt to changing priorities Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
