Job Overview:

The Distribution Technician is responsible for: Delivering all clean linen exchange for the soiled linen carts to Nursing Units. The maintenance of the Clean Linen Room and soiled Linen Room. Maintaining linen and scrubs inventory in the OR, and other ancillary areas. Stocking shelves, PYXIS machines and assisting Coordinator. Preparing shipments and bills for truck and rail carriers. Preparing records of receipt of incoming material and equipment. The accuracy of shipping documents and verifying receiving receipts with orders The delivery of product to the various departments within the facility and off-site locations.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Preferred:

Basic computer skills. Customer service experience required. Previous warehouse experience a plus.
