Product Development & Production Coordinator Selini NY Wayne, NJ Job Details Full-time $60,000.00 - $73,181.15 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Spreadsheets Filing Schedule management Analysis skills Attention to detail Purchasing Managing projects Productivity software Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development & Production Coordinator to support the development, production, and inventory management of our product lines. This role serves as the key liaison between design, overseas factories, production, purchasing, and internal teams to ensure products move efficiently from development through shipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development Track all pre-production (PP) samples throughout the development process. Maintain detailed records of sample status and development timelines. Document designer comments and revision requests, and communicate updates clearly to overseas factories. Provide weekly sample development progress reports to management. Production & Operations Assist with product costing and maintain accurate costing information. Monitor production timelines and ensure projects remain on schedule. Assist with container planning and containerization for orders in progress. Sample & Inventory Management Track competitive samples purchased from retail stores and maintain organized internal sample files. Support inventory management and purchasing activities to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Logistics & Operations Create ATS (Available to Sell) files for incoming products. Prepare and distribute shipment schedules to internal stakeholders. Upload packing lists (PLs) into SV and notify relevant departments of incoming shipments. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across departments. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in product development, production coordination, purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain. Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience working with overseas manufacturers is a plus. Knowledge of apparel, fashion accessories, or consumer products is preferred. What You'll Bring Strong follow-through and accountability. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Pay:
