Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse and distribution operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with computers, staying organized, and ensuring shipments are accurately documented. The primary responsibility of this role is preparing shipping documentation and manifests while communicating with internal teams to help ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Create and maintain shipping manifests and distribution paperwork Prepare and organize shipping documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel Communicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and internal departments as needed Monitor shipment schedules and update records throughout the shift Verify order information for accuracy before shipments leave the facility Maintain organized electronic files and documentation Respond to emails and communicate professionally using Microsoft Outlook Assist with other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or administrative experience is helpful but not required Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Comfortable learning new computer systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Dependable with excellent attendance Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or distribution environment Familiarity with shipping documents, manifests, or inventory systems Experience with Microsoft Office applications What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
