Responsibilities The Clinical Resource Specialist serves as a vital link between clinical operations and the supply chain, leveraging clinical expertise to ensure the procurement, management, and use of medical supplies and equipment are aligned with quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness goals. This role drives product standardization, supports value analysis, and contributes to overall clinical and operational efficiency.
Qualifications Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree required. 5 + years of supply chain and /or c linical operational hospital or healthcare-related experience. Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately; communicate and execute in a matrix organizational structure; adapt to change in workload and work schedule; and develop a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a professional, multi-disciplinary team as a group leader, facilitator, or participant. Demonstrates initiative, dependability, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced work environment. Strong organizational and process management skills.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Master's degree. Multi-facility (Integrated Delivery Network, IDN) experience. Supply Chain experience from a clinical perspective. Sound business judgement with a strong understanding of healthcare services, operations, and finance.
