Job Description

Our services have enabled 1,000+ solar measurement campaigns, helping project developers secure billions in financing by reducing uncertainty with trusted resource data. Backed by a recent strategic investment that positions us for accelerated growth, GroundWork is expanding its U.S. operations - and we are looking for a Logistics Technician I to power this next phase of growth. Role Overview As a Groundwork Logistics Technician I, you are the backbone of our daily operations. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring that materials are handled safely and documentation is kept up to date. This is a full-time, physically active role suited for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities Logistics & Material Handling:
Operate material handling equipment to load and unload pallets/crates from delivery trucks. This includes operating forklifts and a non-CDL logistics truck.
Lab Testing:
Perform or assist in performing a limited scope of laboratory tests, according to testing procedures, to include Visual Inspection and imaging.
Technical Support:
Assist team members with material movements between lab stations and move inventory using carts.
Crate Management:
Pack/unpack crates and perform light carpentry for crate repairs.
Warehouse Management:
Assisting with warehouse management and organization activities.
Quality Control:
Photograph shipments and save digital documentation to ensure accuracy.
Facility Maintenance:
Perform miscellaneous warehouse housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements Valid Driver's License:
Ability to drive company vehicles with a valid driver's license.
Physical Stamina:
Comfortable with physical labor and standing/moving for an 8-hour shift.
Technical Aptitude:
Experience with (or ability to learn) forklift operation and basic hand tools for light carpentry. Experience with driving non-CDL flatbed/box trucks is desired, but not required. Attention to

Ability to accurately document shipments and follow safety protocols.
