Aerospace Logistics Operations Specialist (AS9100 / ITAR) ProtectedLogic Corporation - Albuquerque, NM (On-Site, Full-Time) Position Summary ProtectedLogic Corporation is seeking an experienced Aerospace Logistics Operations Specialist to support material control operations in a regulated aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for the end-to-end control of material flow —including receiving, inspection coordination, inventory management, kitting, and shipment execution—while maintaining strict compliance with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, and internal quality procedures . The ideal candidate has hands-on aerospace logistics experience , strong documentation discipline, and the ability to operate independently in a traceability-driven manufacturing environment . Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, hardware, and documentation; verify quantities, part numbers, revisions, and certifications (CoC, test reports, etc.) Coordinate with Quality for inspection and ensure clear identification of inspection status (accepted/rejected/hold) Execute production and engineering kitting with strict configuration control and completeness verification Maintain inventory accuracy, lot traceability, and location control within company systems Identify and document nonconforming material, shortages, and discrepancies in accordance with QMS procedures Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments , including customer deliveries, returns, and vendor coordination Interface with customers as needed regarding delivery status, documentation, and discrepancies Prepare and support AS9100 audits , including record retrieval, traceability validation, and corrective action support Ensure proper handling, transmission, and storage of logistics records in compliance with

ITAR/EAR

Operate with minimal supervision , exercising sound judgment within defined authority limits Perform additional duties as required to support operations Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED U.S. Citizenship (required for

ITAR/EAR

compliance) Minimum 5+ years of aerospace or defense logistics experience , including: Receiving inspection Inventory control Material traceability Working knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent quality management systems Experience with: Inventory tracking systems Documentation control Audit support activities Ability to pass background check and drug screening Demonstrated adherence to OSHA, ITAR/EAR, and quality compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field Prior experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments Experience supporting customer-facing logistics or program execution Familiarity with configuration control and serialized/lot-controlled inventory systems Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted Regular standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion Use of PPE as required Work performed in a controlled manufacturing and warehouse environment Schedule may vary based on operational requirements Employment Conditions Full-time, on-site position (40 hours/week) Offers contingent upon: Background check Drug screening Pre-employment assessments (as applicable) Multi-stage interview process Why ProtectedLogic ProtectedLogic Corporation is a small, highly disciplined aerospace and defense manufacturer focused on real hardware production and compliance-driven operations.
