Job Description

$15-$19 per hour Sparks, NV Contract
  • Duration:
    6 Months
  • As a Logistic Specialist I, you will:
  • + Ensure all billing related to inventory supply chain is accurate, validated, and ready for processing.
+ Assemble, package, label, and prepare merchandise/materials for shipment. + Support scheduling of daily deliveries and pickups to and from production locations. + Maintain accurate records of all commodities moving in and out of the facility. + Work in a fast-paced warehouse/data center environment while following strict safety and quality standards. + Operate powered equipment such as forklifts or cherry pickers (as needed and trained).
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory & Logistics Operations
  • + Track and validate inventory movement in and out of the facility. + Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation. + Ensure proper billing and inventory reconciliation. + Assist with material handling and storage organization.
  • Shipping & Receiving Support
  • + Assemble, label, and prepare shipments. + Coordinate packaging and outbound shipment activities. + Assist in loading and unloading shipments when required. + Ensure timely delivery and pickup coordination.
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • + Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pickups. + Coordinate with production locations for material flow.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • + Follow strict safety standards in warehouse and data center environment. + Maintain compliance with operational procedures. + Work safely around mechanical equipment and moving parts.
  • Equipment Handling
  • + Operate forklifts or cherry pickers (training provided if required). + Assist in movement of materials within warehouse environment.
  • Work Environment
  • + Warehouse / Data Center environment + Moderate to loud noise levels + Temperature range: 60°F to 90°F (occasionally above 90°F) + Exposure to moving mechanical equipment + Physical work requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Experience
  • + 0-2 years of experience
  • Education
  • + Not required (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Required Traits / Skills
  • + Positive attitude and willingness to learn + Trainable and adaptable + Basic technical ability + Ability to work in fast-paced operational environment + Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Preferred Skills
  • + Mechanical or electrical exposure (nice to have) + Warehouse / logistics experience + Familiarity with inventory systems

40 Hours/week, Rotating shifts (Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat), 6:30 AM-3:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
