Receiving & Warehouse Logistics Coordinator Summary The Receiving & Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for receiving, cooling, storing, tracking, and shipping inventory while maintaining product quality and maximizing storage efficiency. This role serves as a key link between Supply Chain, Producers, transportation providers, and warehouse operations to ensure a consistent supply of product while maintaining accurate inventory records.

SCHEDULE
Days; Must be available on weekends Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory Management Receive incoming raw material shipments and scan inventory into warehouse systems. Load and unload trailers. Verify incoming shipments and complete all required receiving documentation accurately. Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate inventory movements to support production and customer requirements. Weigh loads entering and leaving storage to improve inventory accuracy and better measure shrinkage and storage loss. Maintain accurate inventory tracking through scanning, weighing, and documentation processes. Cooling & Storage Operations Receive raw materials requiring special handling and temperature conditions, monitor conditions of the storage Organize storage rooms for efficient access and inventory management. Manage inventory using FIFO principles whenever practical, while recognizing that shipping priorities may be adjusted based on quality, field source, size, or customer requirements. Continuously optimize storage space utilization to maximize warehouse capacity during peak harvest periods. Quality Control Monitor quality throughout storage and identify signs of deterioration or quality issues. Communicate quality concerns promptly to Supply Chain and management teams. Attributes

- Must be willing to travel to main site in Greece when needed Minimum Qualifications

Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
