We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level) to work on a construction site in Buffalo, New York, for 18-24 months. There may be other opportunities after the project is completed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Coordinate daily jobsite activity with union labor, project managers, and customer representatives. Track, receive, and record equipment deliveries between the job site and warehouse locations. Make and receive phone calls to confirm shipments, provide updates, and communicate instructions. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and project tools. Support on-site project management and assist with safety coordination. Monitor jobsite activity to ensure personnel and materials are where they need to be. Drive site vehicles (buggies) and travel between jobsite and nearby warehouses as needed. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while helping manage day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

2+ years of logistics experience. High school diploma. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general data entry on computers and mobile devices. Strong communication skills, especially over the phone. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between jobsite locations. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required Experience with Smartsheet, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or CxAlloy is a plus (will be trained).
