Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Clerk to join our team and support our shipping and receiving operations. This role involves processing trucker paperwork, coordinating freight schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, warehouse personnel, and freight forwarders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and invoices. Communicate with truck drivers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to coordinate shipments and ensure timely processing. Check trucker paperwork for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain detailed records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements. Schedule and track inbound and outbound freight appointments. Assist with data entry and inventory tracking in warehouse management systems (WMS). Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to freight documentation. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety protocols. Provide administrative support to the logistics and warehouse teams.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in logistics or related field is a plus). Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software. Excellent communication skills for interacting with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and management. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Work Environment:

Office and warehouse setting, with occasional exposure to outdoor shipping areas. Requires extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking. Some lifting of documents, boxes, or small packages may be required.

Schedule:

Full-time 4pm-12am, 5 Days a Week, Saturday Mandatory Full-time 10am-6pm, 5 Days a
