  • 12-Month Full-Time Consultant Role
  • Pay Rate:
  • $25.00/hour In this role, you'll serve as a key player in maintaining and optimizing manufacturing data systems—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for engineering teams. Your work will directly enable more efficient production, better decision-making, and smoother program execution.
  • What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
  • + Maintain and update
  • Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOMs)
  • and
  • Material Master data
  • within PLM systems (PTC Windchill) + Collaborate with
  • Manufacturing Engineers, Component Engineers, and Data Analysts
  • to improve data quality + Identify and resolve
  • cross-site data inconsistencies and system errors
  • + Support
  • database administration and data stewardship efforts
  • + Generate and analyze
  • performance metrics and reports
  • + Provide
  • feedback to improve automation and system functionality
  • + Serve as a
  • subject matter expert
  • on manufacturing data systems + Train and support
  • new engineers and team members
  • + Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives, including
  • digital modernization efforts
  • What You Bring
  • Required Qualifications
  • + Strong
  • communication skills
  • and ability to work across teams + Proven
  • analytical skills with database experience
  • + Technical background in
  • manufacturing or military specifications
  • + Experience working with
  • PLM systems
  • (PTC products preferred) + Ability to
  • troubleshoot technical issues independently
  • and resolve data discrepancies
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + STEM degree (preferred, not required) + Experience with
  • PTC Windchill and MPMLink
  • + Familiarity with
  • technical datasheets (TDS)
  • + Experience managing and maintaining
  • structured databases
  • + Exposure to
  • manufacturing environments or aerospace programs

  • Pay Details:
  • $25.
