Job Description:

The calibration lab administrator works closely with engineering and operations to ensure all test equipment calibration is up to date and working properly. Coordinates calibration/repair activities that are critical to business objectives (quality, revenue) and maintaining regulatory compliance. Works closely with 3 rd party providers to ensure equipment repair/maintenance is completed in a timely manner

Essential Functions:

Coordinate 3 rd party activities including: Receive/log/track Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) from Vendors Generate PO's and manage shipment to/from vendors Communicate equipment repair status to the factory and engineering calibration monitors. Coordinate Used battery disposal.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word and Excel) In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $28.36 - $52.88.
