This pivotal role involves overseeing production activities, ensuring optimal workflow, and maintaining seamless coordination across supply chain and manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in production management, process improvement, and supply chain analytics, contributing to the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing excellence and uphold high standards of quality and productivity. Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory levels. Utilize ERP systems to monitor production progress, update planning data, and ensure accurate tracking of materials and work-in-progress. Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize procurement, inventory management, and logistics for uninterrupted production flow. Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement. Oversee plant operations by managing resources, scheduling maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot issues, improve process workflows, and enhance product quality. Generate reports on production performance metrics, supply chain analytics, and operational KPIs to support strategic decision-making. Lead initiatives in process improvement projects aimed at reducing waste, increasing throughput, and enhancing overall plant efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency with ERP systems planning software. Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), lean manufacturing methodologies, and supply chain management principles. Mechanical knowledge or background in manufacturing processes is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Familiarity with quality control standards and practices within a manufacturing setting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain analytics and operations management.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
