Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to support our warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and material handling. This role requires experience with RF scanners, warehouse equipment, and safety protocols in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Order Picking (RF Scanner) Pick and process customer orders accurately using an RF scanner (RF gun). Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines. Perform basic computer operations for order tracking and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and cooperative work environment, including high-demand periods. Maintain daily housekeeping and warehouse organization standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Order Packing & Material Handling Pack orders according to customer specifications, including: Special markings or labeling Custom stacking requirements Use of specialized pallets or packaging Retrieve, transport, and stage materials according to daily production and shipping schedules. Ensure all shipments meet quality and safety standards prior to dispatch. Qualifications & Requirements Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic math and problem-solving skills required. Certified or trained in operating warehouse equipment, including: Forklifts Standing crown pick trucks Turret trucks Pallet jacks Reach trucks Willingness and ability to work at heights up to 20 feet while using fall protection equipment. Commitment to following all company safety policies and procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. regularly. Capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs for extended periods (8+ hours). Comfortable working on concrete flooring in a warehouse environment. This is a FULLY ONSITE
